At the end of every year, I like to sit down and celebrate my art accomplishments. The New Years Eve ball drop seemed to come a little early this year, so I never got around to it. So here I am finally pulling out my art journal to make a list of all things I managed to achieve in 2014. Hey, it’s never too late to celebrate!
I have so much to be thankful for and I like to take the time to commemorate them. Congratulations on a great 2014! I celebrate the eight opportunities I had to show my work in galleries and exhibitions. I celebrate the completion of my MFA degree and walking at commencement while surrounded by my family. I celebrate getting signed by a licensing company. I celebrate my art sales to collectors as far away as Russia. I celebrate the support of friends and family that allow me to embrace an artistic life.
